Dr. Behrad Brad Aynehchi is a Fellowship-Trained and Double Board Certified expert in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. A proud alumnus of Beverly Hills High School and magna cum laude graduate from the University of California at Berkeley, his training involved the facial trauma and cancer reconstruction meccas of Temple University and the State University of New York with induction into the exclusive Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. His prolific training in Head and Neck Surgery included directing several resident-run clinics and performance of almost 3000 operative procedures.
Following residency, Dr. Aynehchi was recruited into the sole position at arguably the top Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in the country at the New York University School of Medicine in Manhattan and is the only graduate from this legendary program to be practicing on the West Coast. Serving as an instructor at the Lenox Hill Hospital and NYU Langone Medical Center, Dr. Aynehchi practiced alongside several world-renowned experts from Manhattan’s Upper East Side. About us Nora Hacikian
Nora Claudia Hacikian began her journey in healthcare with a deep passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and empowered. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from West Coast University, completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2020 and later advancing her education to become a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2025.
Nora started her nursing career in perioperative plastic surgery, where she worked closely in the operating room alongside experienced plastic surgeons. This environment gave her a strong foundation in patient safety, surgical precision, and aesthetic outcomes, while also developing her trained eye for balance and natural beauty.
In April 2024, Nora expanded into aesthetic medicine, combining her clinical expertise with artistry and attention to detail. She is known for a refined, natural approach that enhances each patient’s unique features without looking overdone. Her philosophy centers on subtle, balanced results that help patients look refreshed and feel confident.
She believes that when people feel their best, it positively impacts every aspect of their lives. Nora’s approach is rooted in honesty, patient education, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals. Committed to ongoing education and mastering advanced techniques, she prioritizes safe, thoughtful, and results-driven care.

About us Angelic Andrada
Angelic Andrada a Nurse Practitioner Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Angelichas years of experience working in Medical/SurgicalUnit, Intensive Care Unit and Operating Room. Since graduating with her master’s in nursing from Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science, Angelic has focused her career on aesthetics and plastic surgery. Her experience includes working with plastic surgeons as a surgical nurse practitioner and providing patients with pre- and post-operative skin conditioning. She has extensive experience at a Med spa, where she provides an array of cosmetic enhancing procedures including a variety of lasers, radiofrequency treatments and injectables. Angelic is certified in Medical Aesthetics Cosmetic Lasers andAdvanced Botox and Filler Injections.
Angelic has several years of experience in the cosmetic industry and works closely with the seven physicians at Westside Head and Neckat both Santa Monica and Culver City locations. At Westside Head and Neck, patients are offered a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation, including both surgical and non-surgical options, for optimal results.
Angelic strongly believes in continuing education and is always striving to stay up to date on cutting-edge techniques that will help her safely deliver the best results possible for her patients.
